What do you do when you’re sick, but your regular doctor’s office is closed? Or if you’re not sick enough for the emergency room, but you can’t wait for an appointment either? The answer is Urgent Care. Urgent Care clinics or emergency care clinics as they are sometimes called, fill the medical gap between minor medical issues that can be put off until an appointment is scheduled and real medical emergencies when a trip to the emergency room is called for. When you have something in between, urgent care clinics are the perfect choice.

The wonderful thing about urgent care clinics is that you don’t need an appointment. You can walk right in and a doctor will see you. We think this is great because you can’t always plan when you’ll need care quickly.

At Heartland Primary Care, our doctors and nurse practitioners are ready and waiting.
We can perform many services including lab work, x-rays, stitches, ultrasounds, vascular screenings, and more. Just walk right in and a doctor will see you. We take most insurance plans and we have evening and weekend hours when you need us the most. We’re open weekdays 8-8, Saturdays 9-2 and Sundays 10-2.

A board certified physician is always available to take a look, or a listen. If you fall and wonder if you broke a bone or if it’s only a sprain, an urgent care clinic is a great place to go. If your child complains of an earache at 6:30 at night, take him or her to the emergency care clinic.  If you cut yourself deeply enough that you may need stitches, but it’s not a life threatening wound, our urgent care clinic is the perfect fit. So the next time you need care quickly, walk into Heartland Primary Care’s Urgent Care Clinic. We love walk-in appointments and we’ll be here to help you with whatever emergency care you need.
