Dana is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Missouri Western State University in 1999. Dana then worked as an RN in adult and pediatric care through 2012. She received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013 from University of Missouri-Kansas City and joined Heartland Primary Care in 2015.
Dana is currently at the KCKS location and specializes in urgent care and pediatrics. Dana’s professional interests include caring for underserved children, dermatological conditions and treating minor illnesses and injuries.
Dana currently lives in Smithville, Missouri with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children’s sports teams, watching movies and spending time outdoors. Dana is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
