Dr. Varner enjoys working with chronic conditions and establishing long-term partnerships with her patients to help them maintain their healthiest selves. She is a Kansas native, and grew up on a farm near Overbrook, KS. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Washburn University in Topeka, KS and a Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Kaweah Health in Visalia, CA. Dr. Varner is board certified in family medicine. She is a current member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians. In her free time, Dr. Varner enjoys traveling, reading, movies, and exploring new restaurants.
