Dr. Jane Brunner is a board certified family medicine physician with over 15 years of experience. She practices the full spectrum of Family Medicine with Obstetrics and enjoys the opportunity to care for the entire family from newborn infants to geriatrics including prenatal and obstetrical care. She has special interests in obstetrics, women’s health and pediatrics. She values the relationship that is built over years of caring for her patients in every stage of life. She is on staff at the Birth Center at Overland Park Regional for her deliveries.
Dr. Brunner was raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She earned her bachelor of science at Evangel University (Springfield, MO) and medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her training at UMKC family medicine residency. She has privileges at Overland Park Regional Medical Center where she does obstetrics and routine newborn care. She has been on medical missions trips to Zimbabwe and Dominican Republic. It is important to her to be involved in teaching the next generation of physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends, traveling, shopping, reading and decorating.
