As a pediatrician Dr. Vann is dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of children of all ages. With a focus on the whole child she makes recommendations and develops treatment plans with consideration for the physical, psychological, and social factors that impact the general health and well-being of children. She is board certified in pediatrics and has a special interest in issues related to early childhood development, behavior, complementary and alternative medicine and healthcare disparities. Dr. Vann enjoys watching her patients grow and thrive as they reach their full potential and transition into adulthood.
Dr. Vann was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She accepted a commission into the United States Air Force in 2009. After completing her medical school training at University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2013 she went on to residency training at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2016 she began her active duty service as a pediatrician caring for the dependents of active duty and retired military families.
Dr. Vann lives in Shawnee, KS with her blended family. She enjoys watching her significant other Jeff garden and anything that gives her an excuse to craft and use her Cricut. Home is her sanctuary and she enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
