Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine, 1976. Dr. Oxler earned his BS from Rockhust College and went to the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He trained in internal medicine at the San Diego Naval Hospital in California. He has served as President of the Medical Staff at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and remains on active staff there. He is a member of the Kansas Medical Society, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians. He is an avid golfer.
