Dr. Ryan is an experienced family medicine physician with a passion for women’s health, obstetrics, preventive medicine and pediatrics. Driven by a desire to serve others with compassion and dignity, she became a board-certified Family Medicine physician in 2016.
She completed her medical training at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA in 2013, and her residency training at Scripps Mercy Chula Vista Hospital in San Diego, CA. Upon completing residency in 2016, she moved to Kansas City to be closer to her family, and began working at Samuel Rodgers Health Center. In 2018, she moved her practice to Kansas City CARE Health Center to help launch a prenatal care program and became Clinical Director of Women’s Health until she joined Sunflower Medical Group in 2023. Her special interests in medicine range from prenatal care, pediatrics, women’s health, preventive care, and telemedicine. She was awarded the Go the Extra Mile award by her co-workers in residency for her commitment to her patients, and brings that same commitment to her patient care at Sunflower.
She hails from the wheat fields of southwest Kansas and is delighted to be practicing in her home state. Her interests include reading fiction, growing vegetables, hiking and being active. She is incredibly blessed to be the mother to two young daughters and married to her best friend.
