Dr. Charissa Richard is a Board-Certified Family Physician who enjoys caring for patients of all ages. She is committed to preventative health maintenance and has a particular interest in mental health and women’s care. She will be accepting patients for wellness visits, acute care, and chronic disease management at the Mission, KS location.
Dr. Richard grew up in East Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee at Martin, where she studied biology and art. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree at Murray State University in Kentucky. Dr. Richard obtained her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed her residency at Truman Lakewood.
Dr. Richard is married to another Family Physician, Ethan, and they enjoy spending time with their three wonderful children. Outside of medicine, Dr. Richard also enjoys watching sports, painting, photography, and gardening.
Dr. Housman is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and provides care for patients of all ages. She focuses on preventive medicine to promote and maintain health and well-being, and to prevent the progression of disease. She has a special interest in dermatology, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, women’s health, and integrative medicine.
Dr. Housman was raised in the south, growing up in both the panhandle of Florida and the Atlanta, Georgia area. She attended undergraduate school at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and received her masters degree in Public Health at Georgia Health Sciences University. She later moved to the Midwest and received her medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City at Truman Lakewood. In her free time she enjoys going to the park with her husband and their two children, listening to live music, eating Thai food, and enjoying all that life as to offer.
She is currently accepting patients for wellness visits, acute care, and chronic disease management.
Dr. Gatz enjoys practicing all aspects of Family Medicine. Whether through well child checks or managing complex medical issues of older patients, his focus is always in preventative medicine and health maintenance. His areas of particular interest include sports medicine, geriatrics and healthcare for people with special needs. He also enjoys performing many office procedures, including skin biopsies, joint injections, and cryotherapy.
Dr. Gatz was born and raised in Newton, KS. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in Biochemistry, then later completed medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City in 2009. He finished Family Medicine residency training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2012. He spent the first four years of his career practicing in his hometown of Newton.
Dr. Gatz is married to his wife Angela, who is a pediatrician. They have three wonderful children who keep them busy outside of work. He enjoys watching KU basketball and Royals baseball. He also has a love for music, both listening and playing.
Dr. Lillig practices the full scope of outpatient family medicine and joined the practice in 2015. He is board certified in Family Medicine with a special interest in integrative medicine, sports medicine, dermatology, women’s health, and pediatrics. Dr. Lillig graduated from University of Kansas in 2007 studying biology and philosophy, earned his MD from the University of Kansas Medical School in 2012, and completed residency training at UMKC Truman-Lakewood. Dr. Lillig was born “in the Dotte” and grew up in Basehor, KS. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing bluegrass instruments, and is a self-described “foodie.”

Dr. Andrea Murray became a family physician after a rural family medicine rotation in medical school taught her the joys of multigenerational family care, Dr. Murray is a Kansas City native who graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine in 1996. She completed her residency at Hinsdale Hospital in suburban Chicago where she served as Chief Resident. She returned to Kansas City and became a partner at Overland Park Family Health Partners from 1999 to 2014. In 2014, St. Luke’s Medical Group acquired that practice, and it became St Luke’s Medical Group – Blue Valley. Dr. Murray is excited to return to private practice and focus on patient care. She provides comprehensive care from cradle to grave with special interests in migraine headaches, women’s health and travel medicine. In her free time, she and her husband are busy with their two daughters and their school and extracurricular activities; she also enjoys reading fiction and travel.
Dr. Soltys joined the Kansas City, KS location in 2015. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She provides preventive and acute care, chronic disease management, weight management and wellness, and all other aspects of family medicine. Her strategy combines modern medicine with motivational lifestyle changes.
Dr. Soltys earned her osteopathic medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed her Family Medicine residency training at UMKC Truman-Lakewood in 2012. After residency, Dr. Soltys continued to provide medical care to the underserved population of Jackson County Missouri at Truman-Lakewood.
Dr. Soltys is a Kansas “farm girl” having spent much of her younger years milking cows and plowing fields. Now, when not in clinic, her and her husband are active running after their three children. She enjoys family, food, gardening, and basically anything outdoors.
Dr. Erin O’Laughlin practices the full scope of Family Medicine at the Mission, KS location. She enjoys patients of all ages, with specific skills in Women’s health. She graduated from the UMKC Family and Community Medicine program located at Truman Lakewood, in Kansas City. She graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2011 with her DO degree.
Dr. O’Laughlin was born and raised in the Kansas City area, then attended Indiana University where she received her B.S. in Psychology and was an All-American in Swimming. She continues to enjoy swimming as a form of exercise, but mostly gets her work outs done by trying to keep up with her four boys. She is available to take new patients, newborn to the elderly, and she is committed to promoting better health through wellness.
Dr. Hanna Issawi enjoys practicing the full scope of Family Medicine from newborns to geriatrics, especially women’s and children’s health. Her practice focuses on prevention, detection and treatment of common medical problems as well as well-child checkups, routine physicals, well-woman exams and routine immunizations.
Dr. Issawi is originally from Damascus, Syria where she graduated from medical school at the University of Damascus, Syria in 1991 and completed a residency in Anesthesia at Damascus Hospital in 1993. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2011. She previously practiced family medicine from 2011-2013 with Family Practice Associates in Shawnee, KS and was a registered respiratory therapist at Shawnee Mission Medical Center from 1996-2008.
Dr. Hanna Issawi in Overland Park, Antioch Hills Location is now seeing patients and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians and the Kansas Medical Society. She is fluent in English and Arabic.
Dr. Stephanie Crane enjoys practicing the full scope of family medicine from newborns to geriatrics. She has special interests in pediatric/adolescent medicine and sports medicine. She enjoys working with both acute and urgent illnesses as well as chronic conditions. Dr. Stephanie Crane is a Family Practice physician at the Lenexa, KS location. Dr. Crane was raised in Stilwell, Kansas. She earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Kansas State University and a medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. After medical school, she completed her residency at the University of Arizona in the Department of Family and Community Medicine where she served as chief resident. Following residency Dr. Crane worked for NextCare Urgent Care and Carondelet Medical Group in Arizona prior to returning to her home state of Kansas. Dr. Crane is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Kansas Academy of Family Physicians, and has served on the AAFP Commission on Quality and Practice. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, boating, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
